More people should act like Rhett Butler. If they did I think we’d all be much happier. Why wait around for someone or something that’s never going to be what YOU want them to be? It’s pointless, tedious, and stressful. No one should ever have to put up with someone who is using them, no one should try and mold someone into the perfect person for them, when all they do is push you away (or want someone else). It’s quite senseless really. When you do walk away they’ll see how much they needed you but, alas, it is too late. I think it’s important to take a stand against anyone who doesn’t see how amazing you are at the moment they have you- let them go. You are too good to be pushed and pulled around like a rag doll. Do not let the immature and shallow control how you think about yourself; tell them you don’t give a damn what they think. When your manipulative boyfriend, girlfriend, or any kind friend tells you they are sorry and wants to be your friend again (for the millionth time); tell them you don’t give a damn. Too many people just don’t see what they have right in front of them, they always want something else, something more and it is wrong for them to hurt others in their path as they try to get everything in their hearts desire. Too many people end up hurt because of the manipulative, untrustworthy humans in the world. More people need to stop this nonsense and simply tell them; “Frankly, my dear, I don’t give a damn”.

I don’t have anything really thought provoking to say today.
There’s a huge storm going on outside (in every sense)
I love thunderstorms so much. My mom hates them.
I feel very relaxed and calm when it rains. Even when its thundering and lightening outside-It’s like a blanket is thrown over my mind. Everything sort of just feels at ease. I like sunny days, don’t get me wrong. But every once in a while it’s nice to watch rain pour down through a window- just something about it.
I want to be in a band. I really want to learn how to be able to sing in front of people with out freaking out. I’d always wanted to be in a Paramore-type band. Just a thought. I don’t think I have a strong enough voice to be a lead singer, but it’d still be cool to make music. Music is the best way to touch people, I think. It can heal you and help you feel better.
Paul McCartney is one of the best musicians of our time. I feel like it would be an honor to see him in concert, not a novelty. I’m such a huge fan of Paul McCartney and Wings, as well as a huge Beatles fan-so really It’d be amazing no matter what songs he sang. Truly a legend.
That’s about it.
And when it rains on this side of town it touches everything.
